Torre Puig T1 rises within an urban setting characterized by a collection of autonomous distinctly identifiable towers in Plaza Europa, one of the fastest-growing business districts in the Barcelona metropolitan area.
The tower is defined by a glass spiral that wraps around its volume, creating a unified figure. Through its material and transparency, it pays homage to the significance that Puig has always placed on the design of its fragrance bottles.
At a height of 109 meters, the tower is organized within a 27.5 by 27.5 sqm. Its floor plan emphasizes the central core, which not only houses vertical circulation and services but also plays a key role in defining and structuring the usable space. Surrounding the core, the work areas extend outward, offering panoramic views of Barcelona’s urban landscape. The glass façade provides an elegant visual filter while enhancing natural lighting conditions within the building.
The tower’s corporate program includes an auditorium or debate hall with adjacent meeting rooms. On the ground floor, the lobby and reception area are connected by a spiral staircase to the first floor, which features a café space. This floor doesn't occupy the entire footprint, creating a double-height space that enhances the entrance lobby. The next two floors house a restaurant with a kitchen and a gym, while the remaining floors are dedicated to office spaces.
