Our project for Royal Mansour’s third hotel in Tamuda Bay redefines luxury through a dialogue between tradition, Moroccan craftsmanship, and contemporary design. The architecture harmoniously integrates with the surroundings, enhancing the natural beauty of the Mediterranean coast.
Covering an area of 50,000sqm, this high-end villa complex opened its doors last November.

Our architectural approach is rooted in respect for and interpretation of the richness of its natural and cultural surroundings. The project blends contemporary elegance with Moroccan artisanal tradition, incorporating local materials and traditional construction techniques. Each villa is conceived as a private oasis, with volumes designed to maximize natural light and open up to breathtaking Mediterranean views. The architecture is articulated through patios, pergolas, and lattice screens, creating fluid transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces while enhancing natural ventilation.

This design responds to new ways of experiencing luxury, transcending mere hotel functionality to become a destination in itself—a place where architecture and landscape merge to create a truly immersive experience.

Façade renovation of an existing office building, enhancing user well-being and providing a refreshed image that seamlessly integrates into its surroundings.

‘Donald Judd once described being asked to design a coffee table. His plan was to adapt an existing art piece — a rectangular volume with a recessed upper surface. In the event the process of modification proved a failure, debasing the original and resulting in a flawed table that he later discarded.

Judd used the story to illustrate the fundamental difference between art and architecture. There is no point in trying to adapt a work of art into a piece of furniture, he says, however close the forms might appear, because each springs from a different set of concerns and addresses a separate set of purposes: “The art of a chair is not its resemblance to art, but is partly its reasonableness, usefulness and scale as a chair… The art in art is partly the assertion of someone’s interest regardless of other considerations. A work of art exists as itself; a chair exists as a chair itself”.’
